Beloved One,
Truth is within the mind. Yet there is a belief system that producesdeception, a state of unawareness, whichobscures the awareness oftruth. We have an opportunity, in a deeply meaningful way, to cometogether and look calmly at the obstacles to Love and ask the Spiritto bring illumination. The mind which perceives itself as existingwithin a world of duality always operates from a dualistic beliefsystem.Continually questioning this dualistic belief system may beperceived asunsettling and overwhelming; yet this questioning isnecessary if one is to attain a constant state of peace. There is just one Spirit, but there appear to be many thoughts,emotions, and perceptions that conceal awareness of Spirit. Theseare all temptations to forget Self and God. If faith is given to theseillusions, there is not willingness to question the underlying falsebelief at the root of all misperception. It is very important for usto be open-minded and willing to let the Spirit help us unveil thisfalse belief. The message I am sharing is that truth is within you and thatconsistent peace of mind is a goal that you can and inevitably mustattain, because it is the only Reality. It's a peace that comes intoawareness from being tuned in to that small, still Voice within, andletting go of another voice in the deceived mind, the ego, which isthe voice of conflict, fear, and death. In that sense our topic can bedescribed like this: there are two voices in the deceived mind, andthis discussion is a means to help each of us learn to listen only tothe Voice for God, and thus bring an end to self deception. This Voice for God or peace could be called one's intuition or innerguide. You may think of this Voice as an Inner Knowing, or HigherPower. What we want to do is to get beyond the words, which areforms, and go deeper. We want to join in an intention to experienceclarity of mind and peace of mind. We want to come to the presentmoment, to the realization that right now, this very instant, one isperfect. It's not a matter of trying to build up and improve one's self. No matter how improved or inflated the limited self seems to be,it will never be the changeless, eternal Self that God created. Onemust be aware of the trap of thinking that one's happiness, peaceof mind, and salvation are somewhere offin the future. The linear,past-future, concept of time is part of the dualistic beliefsystemthat must be questioned. There is great joy and contentment in theexperience of Now. God isn't holding out on us or dangling a carrotof eternal peace before us, saying, "Here's Enlightenment, keep reaching... oops, you missed again!" Enlightenment is right here,right now, for the mind that is ready, open, and willing to recognizeit. "The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand" means it is Now. Now is thegateway to the eternal. For time and eternity cannot both exist. Allis One with God, and I am grateful for the beloved eternity whichis real and true. Now is the time ofSalvation! Love, David  At Home in GodYou do not know your creations simply because you would decide against them as long as your mind is split, and to attack what you have created is impossible. But remember that it is as impossible for God. The law of creation is that you love your creations as yourself, because they are part of you. Everything that was created is therefore perfectly safe, because the laws of God protect it by His Love. Any part of your mind that does not know this has banished itself from knowledge, because it has not met its conditions. Who could have done this but you? Recognize this gladly, for in this recognition lies the realization that your banishment is not of God, and therefore does not exist. You are at home in God, dreaming of exile but perfectly capable of awakening to reality. Is it your decision to do so? You recognize from your own experience that what you see in dreams you think is real while you are asleep. Yet the instant you waken you realize that everything that seemed to happen in the dream did not happen at all. You do not think this strange, even though all the laws of what you awaken to were violated while you slept. Is it not possible that you merely shifted from one dream to another, without really waking? Would you bother to reconcile what happened in conflicting dreams, or would you dismiss both together if you discovered that reality is in accord with neither? You do not remember being awake. When you hear the Holy Spirit you may feel better because loving then seems possible to you, but you do not remember yet that it once was so. And it is in this remembering that you will know it can be so again. What is possible has not yet been accomplished. Yet what has once been is so now, if it is eternal. When you remember, you will know that what you remember is eternal, and therefore is now. You will remember everything the instant you desire it wholly, for if to desire wholly is to create, you will have willed away the separation, returning your mind simultaneously to your Creator and your creations. Knowing Them you will have no wish to sleep, but only the desire to waken and be glad. Dreams will be impossible because you will want only truth, and being at last your will, it will be yours. A prayer from Jesus
Father, You stand before me and behind, beside me, in the place I see myself, and everywhere I go. You are in all the things I look upon, the sounds I hear, and every hand that reaches for my own. In You time disappears, and place becomes a meaningless belief. For what surrounds Your Son and keeps him safe is Love itself. There is no source but this, and nothing is that does not share its holiness; that stands beyond Your one creation, or without the Love which holds all things within itself. Father, Your Son is like Yourself. We come to You in Your Own Name today, to be at peace within Your everlasting Love.

As I begin to write I close my eyes and pray within to a guiding light that is fast becoming the only reference I want. I am realising that God dependence is the only purpose of this mind training and undoing, given by Spirit to reveal consistent happiness.
I am noticing how the teeny me has needed support from parents, friends, lovers and more recently, those on the path to enable a sense of self that maintains a weak and little persona that is a cover over the True Reality of Holiness. I notice that even the mind washing experience of joining was being interpreted by the ego as another safety net where I could avoid stepping into and extending the strength of God as my One True experience. The ego's voice said that I'd be alone and weak without 'others' but I'm discovering that there is only Strength in the realisation of the All-one-ness available within! While I have been looking outside as a reference for who I am I have been missing the inherent freedom and joy that IS who I Am! As I pray on these thoughts of turning within I discover a whole experience opening up where opinions, ideas of support, belief even in a path on which I can be supported are questioned and seen through. As I turn the focus of trust away from the world, which I realise is an ever unreliable reflection of who I am, devotion and faith is put right side up in the open arms of the vast mystery of Spirit. Now I begin to recognise I am not a separate self at all. All compromise of the heart via people pleasing etc is a belief in dream figures and dream situations to which I am at the effect. The happy discovery is that when I am dependent on God, when I rest at Home in Him, the fear of losing all I love is being translated into the freedom of being loved through and given everything! Enter the impersonal life! Dreamer of the dream! So the practical steps of forgiveness seem to continue to be taken. Each opportunity to be clear in communication is a connecting thread to the inevitable reunion with God and the Present Moment. Every task I am given, every prompt to extend and step into the unknown, to expose and be clear in expression, and to join together in prayer is the strengthening of Trust in the Love within and the sure remembrance that I and the Father are One.
